Month 1 -- Field Orientation (hosted by the managing partner for projects in the region: orientation to the national or regional culture)

| After the above sessions there is an initial period during which new teams establish presence among the people group, begin to build relationships, and engage in learning language and cultural observation. |

Month 3 -- Church Planting Movement Training (IMB: fostering reproducing groups / House Church Planting Movements (CPMs) in a storying project)
|
| Teams have another period among the people group, with continued language learning (including periodic email or phone interaction with language - learning coach), further relationship building, evangelism, and beginning work with mother-tongue story crafters on three experimental stories. |

Month 6 |

Spiritual Retreat and Debrief (lead agency in a region and YWAM) |

Cross Language Story Crafting (Wycliffe: language learning, worldview, sociocultural considerations, sociolinguistics, translation principles, testing, consultant checking, redemptive themes, story set selection, software) |

| Teams continue among the people group, with language learning, development of an initial worldview-sensitive redemptive panorama of with story-by-story email interaction with consultant. Work with mother tongue story crafters in evangelism toward initial group storying sessions or house church. |

Month 9 -- First on-site consultant mentoring and check of initial 12-15 story panorama (Wycliffe) |
| Teams continue among the people group, language learning, story set development, email interaction with consultant, with goal of completing around half the final goal of the story panorama, continued work with storying group or house church toward reproducibility. |

Month 12 |

Media, Broad Sowing and Recording training (TWR and CCC: media strategies for broad distribution, high-quality recording.) |

| Teams continue with storying groups, language learning, work with mother - tongue story crafters on story set development toward a near-complete story panorama, email interaction with consultant). |

Month 15 -- Second on - site consultant mentoring and check of near-complete story redemptive panorama (Wycliffe) |
| Teams continue with storying groups or house churches, language learning, email interaction with consultant, with goal of completing redemptive panorama of 25 to 40 stories. |

| Teams continue among the people group, with language learning, testing and refining stories, high-quality recording of panorama, interaction with mother - tongue storyers and groups toward multiplying house churches, and planning for next phases of ministry. |

Month 21 -- On - site Church Planting Movement consultation and mentoring (IMB) |
| Teams continue among the people group, with goal of level 3 in language learning for the storying domain, completion of final recording of panorama and documentation, work toward multiplying groups or house churches, broad sowing, planning for next phases of ministry. |

Month 24 |
